Saudi Diesel Equipment Company (SDEC) was established in 1978, and was formerly known as Saudi Diesel Generators Company. Saudi Diesel Equipment Company is part of the Abduljawad Group of Companies including Universal Motor Agencies, Barwill Shipping, PLC Arabia, and Saudi Amana Construction.
SDEC started by having a local manufacturing facility to design, develop, and produce its own branded generator sets along with power related accessories, this is where SDEC found its niche and became a pioneer in the diesel generators industry, and was able to develop and expand its business over the years.
Today SDEC’s portfolio has expanded to include: Construction Equipment, Lifting & Concrete Equipment, Parts & Attachments, Equipment Rentals, and continues to grow as a prominent player in the equipment market, providing the highest quality of machineries.

Our History
Saudi Diesel Company was established as a joint venture between the Abduljawad family and Stewart & Stevenson.
The company name was changed to Saudi Diesel Generators Co., Ltd and became 100% Saudi owned. Saudi Diesel Generators Company Ltd. became the first fully owned Saudi company to manufacture and produce customized generator sets in the Middle East.
Saudi Diesel Generators Company Ltd. signed a distribution agreement with Daewoo (Now Doosan) for Earth Moving Equipment & Hanwoo for Concrete Equipment (Now EVERDIGM).
Saudi Diesel established it’s rental branch, Peax Equiment Rental.
Saudi Diesel Equipment Company, Ltd refreshed its logo with a modernized up to date outlook, all while still paying homage to its original logo design by incorporating the original green turbo shape.
